Kingsland Osteopaths have helped me immeasurably both before and after the birth of my little girl. When I was pregnant I suffered from pelvic pain (symphsis pubis injury) and was unable to walk without pain. Within 3 treatments Royden had managed to fix me and I was as good as new!
We decided to continue maintenance treatments to ensure that my pelvis was in the optimum alignment for the birth and I consider this to be one of the smartest investments I've made.

Once my little girl was born she had some trouble breastfeeding. Kristi was able to gently treat her and ensure she could turn her head easily in both directions. This helped in my road to successful breast feeding.

Now my daughter is one and weighs 10 kgs, I have once again returned to Kristi as carrying my little girl around through her separation anxiety stage has created a problem in my hip and once again reduced my ability to walk. Three days after my first treatment I saw a huge improvement, and I am back to normal now after an additional two treatments.

I highly recommend Kristi and Royden to everyone who will listen. They are empathetic, professional, and friendly and know exactly what they are talking about.
