Kristi Milliken

Osteopath

Kristi Milliken is co-owner of Kingsland Osteopaths, currently on maternity leave. Kristi has a Bachelor and a Masters in Osteopathy as well as over a decade’s experience treating a wide range of issues. She is a clinical tutor at UNITEC on the Master of Osteopathy programme, an examiner for final clinical exams on the programme and a preceptor for overseas graduates entering NZ. Her first job was alongside one of Auckland’s leading paediatric and cranial osteopaths and she still enjoys this speciality immensely, as well as working with pregnant women. “It is a privilege to work with mothers during this special time, and to offer them a medication free approach to their pregnancy and to start their child’s life”. With a background in competition sport, Kristi also enjoys the challenge of working with sportspeople to improve performance through improved musculo-skeletal alignment.
